Registration and Accommodation

Some special lodging arrangements will be provided: a help for hotel reservation and some additional meals service. In the case if you prefer this variant just inform us about. The reservation will be done and a scanned version of a document confirming the reservation will be sent to you by e-mail.

Alternatively you may make a hotel reservation by yourself.

Foreign participants - 200 EUR
Accompanying persons - 100 EUR

Participants will be required to pay the conference fee in cash upon arrival. Cash machines are accessible all over Pereslavl-Zalessky.

The conference fee is used for partial reimbursement of costs of the workshop. Neither meals (excluding coffee breaks) nor transportation fees from/to Moscow airports are included in the conference fee.

Other fees

Transportation fees (from [plus to] Moscow airports) - 150 EUR
Meals service (lunches) - 50 EUR

The total amount 200 EUR + 150 EUR + 50 EUR = 400 EUR will be fixed in a document needed for your financial reports.
